Introducing The Sweet Pass Membership Program
The Sweet Pass Membership Program is a new way to enjoy and support Sweetland Amphitheatre. Those who join and become members will enjoy perks like VIP Access, Early Entry, Special Discounts and Exclusive Membership Perks. The Sweet Pass applies to all concerts at Sweetland Amphitheatre during the 2020 concert year.
NOTE: Summer Concert Series tickets are no longer offered. All tickets are purchased separately, not as part of a series.
Sweet Pass Members pay an annual fee to receive:
- First access to the best seats in the house with a special pre-sale period before tickets go on sale to the public.
- First access to VIP Parking tickets.
- Early Entry to the venue with access to all food vendors onsite with tables and covered seating available on the Great Lawn.
- Air-conditioned bar access on the Great Lawn before gates open.
- VIP Suite Access with an exclusive cocktail menu and complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
- VIP Restroom Access.
- Commemorative reusable Sweetland cup with discounted refills.
- Special discounts on tickets and beverages when applicable.
- VIP quick entry lane at each gate.
- Invitation to opening season private event.

Price: $199 annual membership fee
Please note: The annual membership fee DOES NOT include the price of ticketed entry. Concert tickets are purchased separately. One membership equals access to purchase one premium seat before public on-sale and includes membership perks for one person. Lawn seats may be added to cart at no additional membership fee; price of lawn tickets will apply.
Ex. If a family of four would like access to two premium seats for all concerts and two additional lawn seats; two memberships are purchased and two lawn seats are added separately.

Q: Will I be able to choose my seats as a Sweet Pass Member?
A: Yes. For each concert announced, Sweet Pass Members receive a unique access code to use during the pre-sale period at checkout. This access code will open the seats available to members. Each patron will have the option to choose preferred seats for each concert at the time of checkout.
Q: Which seats are available to Sweet Pass Members?
A: All seats not designated to artist holds or sponsors in the Pit, Premium Reserved, or Terrace Box sections are open to Sweet Pass Members, before the public on sale.
Q: Will tables in the pit be available this year?
A: No. Artists are given the option to choose the preferred seating chart in the pit when confirming the concert date, per contractual agreements in 2020. Artists typically do not prefer to perform in front of tables. Each artist this season, so far, has opted for a row-by-row seating plan in the pit. These reserved seats will be made available to sponsors and Sweet Pass Members before the public on sale.
Q: How will the early entry dinner option work?
A: All Sweet Pass Members and sponsors will be given the opportunity to access food vendors on the Great Lawn at least one hour before the gates open to the public. Sweetland now features a permanent 5,500 square foot tent arrangement on the Great Lawn featuring a hardscape, tables and seating options. An air-conditioned VIP area is available to enjoy made-to-order beverages on the Great Lawn. Happy hour specials and discounted rates apply.
Q: How many concerts will there be in 2020?
A: There will be at least eight and as many as 12+ performances this year. During our initial roll-out, we will announce 5-6 concerts. We will continue announcing concerts throughout the year. The concert season starts in April and ends in October.
Q: How can I reserve the same seats for each concert?
A: Sponsors are given set seats and parking for every concert taking place at Sweetland this year. If you wish to have set seats for every concert, a sponsorship is required for the 2020 Sweetland Concert Year. Sponsorships are limited and available to businesses, as well as individuals/families. Q: How can I guarantee a seat next to my friends during the concert?
A: We suggest you dedicate one member per group to purchase up to six memberships/seats together. If more than six seats are needed together, two members, holding up to 12 memberships may purchase up to 12 seats together. We also suggest utilizing the early entry option to guarantee quality time with friends, family and guests before the concert begins!
Q: How do I receive my membership access codes, discount options and commemorative merchandise?
A: All Sweet Pass Members receive an email containing a unique access code with all information pertaining to on sales at least two weeks in advance of the membership pre-sale. Sweet Pass Members receive their commemorative reusable pint cup at least two weeks prior to the first concert date.
Q: How do I purchase my Sweet Pass Membership Plan?
A: A purchase link is sent via email corresponding with the enrollment times. All memberships must be purchased online through our secure site using the designated link.
