NEW REFUND POLICY
Sweetland will be honoring all refund requests for 30 days after the rescheduled dates are announced. If you are unable to attend an event due to a conflict with the rescheduled date, please send your refund request, along with your order name and # to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will refund directly. *PLEASE READ ALL FAQS BELOW BEFORE REQUESTING.
Note: Refunds are not guaranteed after the 30-day window, unless there is an additional postponement or cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my original tickets be honored on the rescheduled date? Do I need to do anything?
All original tickets purchased in 2020 have been refunded. Event tickets purchased from a source other than our ticket partner, Eventbrite, or the Sweetland Amphitheatre Box Office, will not be honored for admission. All refunded tickets will NOT be valid at the gates.
Patrons are encouraged to only purchase tickets through Eventbrite to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.
Can I request a refund for the concerts without a confirmed rescheduled date?
No. Once a rescheduled date is announced, ticket purchasers are then able to request a refund in the case they are unable to attend new date. Concerts marked TBD are not eligible for refunds until a new date is announced, which will mark the beginning of the 30-day refund request window.
Will I receive a refund if a concert is cancelled, if it is beyond the 30-day deadline?
Yes. If a concert is cancelled, all patrons will receive a refund. If a concert is postponed for a second time, the 30-day window will re-open.
Will I be guaranteed tickets to the rescheduled date if I wish to purchase again in the future?
No tickets are guaranteed for re-purchase. For example, if a capacity change is made for a concert, it could limit the tickets available. The only way to guarantee entry is to have a valid scan-able ticket. All refunded tickets will have an invalid barcode at the point of entry and will not be allowed into the concert.
What precautions will Sweetland take for guest safety at future events?
Sweetland has the advantage of being an outdoor, spacious amphitheatre, and we will continue to follow all of the regulations given by our health professionals and government officials, as well as follow the CDC guidelines for venues our size. The safety of our patrons will continue to be our top priority, and we will work to make sure all guests feel as safe as possible while attending a concert. We will send out all specifications to attending patrons closer to the first concert date to insure customer safety.
